DAY 1: Basic Commercial Bread Making (Filipino Bakery Breads) – Introduction to Bakery Business, Equipments, Raw Materials, Costing, Measurement, Yeast and Left Over Management
Time: 8:01am – 5:01pm

FF: Pandesal Classic, Ensaymada, Monay, Burger Buns, Spanish Bread, Donuts, Cheeze Bread, Choco Roll, Hotdog Roll, Ham Roll, Pandecoco and Pudding

DAY 2: Specialized Fillings and Large Bread – Know the secret of baking soft, hard and large bread plus best seller specialty breads
Time: 8:01am – 5:01pm

FF: Toasted Siopao, Adobo Pandesal, Asado Monay, Putok (Star bread), Belyas Bread, Pinagong Bread, Kalihim, Hopia Baboy or Onion, Tasty Sliced Bread and Tasty Monay

DAY 3: Commercial Muffins, Cakes and Cookies – Best seller sweet bakery product lines, simple recipe to complete your product showcase
Time: 8:01am – 5:01pm

FF: Kababayan, Brownies, Batya Muffins, Pineapple Pie,  Mamon, Cupcake, Butter Cookies, Banana Bread, Pianono and Macaroons

DAY 4: Basic Cake and Icing – Techniques for baking soft cakes, make your own cake.
Time: 8:01am - 3:01pm

FF: Strawberry Short Cake, Chocolate Cake, Cake Roll and Mango Dulce De Leche
