FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS:

❶ Ang layo naman po ng Marikina, wala po ba kayo malapit dito sa amin? Dito lang po sa amin ang venue ng training. Hindi po kung saan nyo po gusto. kahit na sabihin nyong kumpleto ang equipment at materials nyo. Kailangan kayo po ang mag-adjust kung talagang desididong matuto. Pinababatid lang po namin na narating ito ng aming mga naging former students from Northern at Southern Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao at mga galing pa sa ibang  bansa tulad ng Dubai, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdon, Africa, Canada, Taiwan at America ng hindi nag-dahilang malayo ang aming location.

❷ Ang mahal naman ng 3000? Opo mahal po yan sa mga nagtitipid ng kaalaman. Pero sa negosyong inyong uumpisahan, maliit lang po ang puhunang yan sa hindi mababayarang kaalaman na inyo pong matutunan sa loob ng isang araw. Ang inyo pong matutunan ay ang mahigit 4 years naming pamamaraan na ituturo namin sa loob ng isang araw.  No more trial, no more error! Please, puede po kayong mag-hanap ng tama lang sa inyong budget.

❸ Matututo ba ako sa loob ng isang araw lamang? Makakapag-umpisa po ba ako agad-agad mag-bakery o mag-bake? Sa 400+ former students namin wala naman hindi natuto, unless na hard-learner type po kayo at kung sakali, first time ka pa lang sa hindi natuto. Depende pa rin sa inyo kung talagang isasa-puso po ninyo ang inyong matututunan. Makakapag umpisa ka na kahit sa bahay lang kung kumpleto mo ang iyong equipments, tools at raw materials.

❹ Libre po ba ang manonood lang, observer o taga-kuha ng photos? Ang policy po namin ay PER HEAD BASIS. Ang lahat po ng inyong gagawin ay HANDS-ON, iga-guide lang namin kayo. Base sa aming experience, mas natututo ang nanonood lang. Kaya huwag na pong umistyle na kunyari hindi mahilig sa baking. Dapat pagpunta nyo po rito sa venue, ready po kayong matuto. Kaya may bayad din ang kasama. Libre snacks at minsan libre ang lunch. Pero hindi libre ang tutorial.

❺ One-On-One po ba itong baking workshop nyo? Minimum of 1, maximum of 6 students per schedule. Dalawa po kaming magtuturo sa inyo, personalized ang approach namin, transfer of knowledge at siyempre GUARANTEED  HANDS-ON. Naka-guide lang po kami, from lecture, measurement, kneading (masa), cutting and oven baking kayo po lahat ang gagawa. Bawal ang nakatunganga!

❻ Puede po bang i-video ang workshop? Bawal pong i-video without our permission, we are protecting our "personal approach and secret" of teaching. It's a hands-on workshop right? not a video workshop. Sorry marami nang nag-attempt i-upload ang aming baking sessions o ginagamit po kasi sa ibang training ang aming mga techniques. You can take pictures, but WE ARE NOW STRICT IN VIDEO TAKING / VOICE RECORDING. Paunawa, konting respeto lang sa isa't isa.

❼ Regarding discounts, the group discount will be given only to those taking up Classification 1 & 2 or Classification 1 & 3 on consecutive baking sessions. Kung ilan po ang sinabi nyong participants yun po ang ini-expect naming darating. No refund, no price haggling (kami na po ang pinaka-sulit at pinaka-mababa) and no fee comparison. Hindi po ito pilitan at lalong hindi po ito pangkaraniwang classroom-type of tutorial. Please don't compare to other training, baking workshops you attended and even baking videos you've watched. Expect the unexpected!
