Ang pambansang tinapay ng mga Pilipino -- Ang Pandesal.


Sobrang daming recipe at pamamaraan para gawin ang Pandesal, 10001 ways to make this bread ika nga ng mga foreigner. Nandyan ang Youtube at Google, hindi mo malaman kung ano talaga ang tama at kung ano talaga ang magsasabing kung ano ang "Authentic Taste" kung hindi mismo ikaw ang gagawa, magluluto o kaya mismong titikim. Ginaya mo naman step-by-step, recipe at procedure pareho naman, pero bakit hindi mo makuha?

Hindi kailangan komplikado at magastos. Simple at basic bread lang. Saang panig ka man ng mundo, ang Pandesal na nakasanayan nating almusal sa umaga, kailangan alamin mo muna! Tamang timpla, tamang masa, luto at lambot. Perfect pang-pamilya at pang-negosyo!
